1. Services
Business Growth House provides website design and related digital services. By using our intake form and purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in USD and displayed at checkout
- Payment is required before final delivery
- Recurring services (hosting, maintenance) are billed as stated
- We accept major credit cards via Stripe
3. Delivery Timeline
We aim to deliver initial previews promptly after receiving complete project details. Final delivery depends on project scope and revision requests. Priority delivery is available as an add-on.
4. Revisions
- Starter: 1 round of revisions
- Professional: 2 rounds of revisions
- Premium: Unlimited revisions
Additional revisions beyond your plan are available at $50 per round.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment:
- You own all rights to your final website design
- You own any custom logos or graphics created for you
- We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio (unless you opt out)
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate business information
- Supply necessary content, logos, and images
- Respond to revision requests in a timely manner
- Ensure you have rights to any content you provide
7. Refund Policy
If you're not satisfied with your initial previews, we offer a full refund before you select a design to proceed with. Once you approve a design and we begin final development, refunds are prorated based on work completed.
8. Limitation of Liability
Business Growth House's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or deliverables.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
